My Busy Life

I let mommy sleep in on Saturday morning since she arrived late on Friday night after meeting Ninong Ledz. She hurriedly fed and bathed me after waking up coz we had to prepare for our trip to Fairview. I enjoyed it there, going up the bare second floor and buying chichirias from the nearby sari-sari store. We had to leave early though coz we had to drop by Ate Mai and Ate Rein at SM North to see their aunts from their dad's side of the family. On the way to SM North, I kept crying coz I want the fake tattoo placed on my hand instead of my triceps. Then I cried more when my ates left me. Why can't mommy understand that? Instead, she kept saying I was having a meltdown. Consequently, I became tired and doze off to sleep on our way back home. I was too sleepy to even wake up for dinner.

On Sunday morning, I kept telling mommy that my tummy aches and "Natutubig(nauuhaw) ako." I ended up vomitting my morning meds but was able to hold up my breakfast after an hour. We went to the pedia after hearing mass. I was surprised that the consultation was short but we're still kept waiting after that. Mommy got some papers and we proceeded to the end of the hall. After handing the first paper through a window, she instructed me to give the other paper to the guy in blue. Then we were herded to a dimly-lit room. I started to cry but mom and the guy said that my picture will just be taken. Mom needed to remove my shirt though but I was glad that the procedure didn't hurt. We then proceeded to sit on a chair with a huge armchair. A lady tied my right arm and felt the vein in my inner elbow. Next thing I know, she injected me and was drawing blood from my arm. I cried a whole lot. Good thing, it took only a couple of seconds and mommy hugged and comforted me. I was too tired when we left the pedia's office. When I woke up, mom bought me a creamy macaroni soup and swirly bitz from Jollibee. She was telling lola that the results were negative and I can stop taking my medicines. Yey for that! It turned out to be a good weekend after all.
