Spent the Saturday with Aunt Maggie, Uncle Edward, mom and lola. Mom had some errand to do first so we went to the newspaper office. We had to wait for almost an hour as lola queued to place an ad for our Fairview apartment. Then we proceeded to MOA and had our lunch there (a yummy no-meat pizza since aunt and uncle are vegetarian). We went to the arcades to kill time after. I practiced shooting hoops with them. And there was also a stuffed toy catcher machine which I drooled at. Too bad, yaya was not with us. She's an expert in getting toys from that machine. After a few hours, we went to the airport to fetch lola's sister. We thought she would arrive at 5 pm since that was what was stated in her letter. It turned out that was just her departure from Brunei. So we waited 4 hours for her. We would've gone home but her kids wanted to stay and wait for her. I just got so tired so I fell asleep already. On Sunday, mom and lola accompanied them to the airport again as they were going back to UK. I didn't get to say goodbye to them properly since I was napping when they left. I hope they had a safe trip and I think I'd be a big boy already the next time I see them. Labels: weekend, wento |
